About TrailMed Wilderness Medicine

TrailMed Wilderness Medicine Ltd. is internationally recognized for quality instruction.

We offer onsite medical courses for Guides, Rangers, Outdoor Professionals, SAR Personnel and any individual or organization in need of certification in Wilderness Medicine or Delayed Response Care.

Most courses are on location at our students organizations. Each course is designed specifically around your groups needs and environment. Courses are available internationally.

We do more than just teach a class. We will train you to be prepared and confident to handle medical emergencies in your environment.

We only offer a few classes to the public. Please check our class schedule for open seats in upcoming group courses.

We do NOT run classes simultaneously all over the country. Our reputation is based on our instructors. Our team of instructors are guides, healthcare providers, experienced in wilderness rescue and long term patient care. Most importantly our instructors are trained adult educators! Our instructors also share the same backcountry activities that you do. Your course will have the instructor or team of instructors that best fits your class.
